Casa Toucan is a private three-bedroom, two-bath home within a gated three-home beachfront compound. Your pool, entrance and outdoor areas are private; only the laundry facility is shared. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout. The property sits between the Pacific beach and an estuary, where monkeys, macaws, iguanas and tropical insects are common. Children must be supervised around the pool, beach and estuary. A vehicle is recommended for groceries, restaurants and trips to Parrita, Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties or events without prior written approval. Pets must be approved in advance, supervised, kept off furniture and cleaned up after. Children must be supervised around pools, the beach and the estuary. No smoking indoors. Please do not feed or approach wildlife. Tropical insects and wildlife are a normal part of the coastal environment.
