THE SPACE Casa Jaguar is laid out on a single level for easy flow and accessibility. The home sleeps up to 9 guests across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks your private in-ground pool — a perfect spot to wake up and plan your day. An air-conditioned living area keeps you cool and comfortable, complete with a Smart TV for downtime. OUTDOOR LIVING Outside is where Casa Jaguar truly shines. Your private pool is the centerpiece, surrounded by ample lounge space with sun loungers. A large covered rancho (gathering area) provides shade for group meals and gatherings, and it's fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, and poolside bar. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off after a swim. You'll also have access to a shared laundry room with washer and dryer on the property. KITCHEN & AMENITIES Inside the home, you'll find an equipped kitchen with cooking basics, refrigerator, stove, and microwave, plus all necessary dishes and silverware. A dedicated workspace with fast WiFi makes it easy to stay connected if needed. Bed linens are provided, and the home has air conditioning, heating, and hot water throughout. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The three bedrooms offer flexibility for different group sizes. The primary bedroom has a pool view — an ideal retreat after coastal exploration. All three bathrooms are full baths. A crib is available if you're traveling with an infant. ENTERTAINMENT & COMFORT Beyond the pool and rancho, amenities include outdoor furniture and sun loungers for poolside relaxation, a hammock for afternoon naps, outdoor dining areas, and a patio/balcony for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Free parking is available on premises, and you'll have a private entrance to the home. SETTING & WILDLIFE Casa Jaguar sits on a private gated compound where tropical wildlife is abundant. You may encounter monkeys, macaws, iguanas, and other animals throughout your stay — a true highlight for nature lovers. The property is positioned between the Pacific Ocean and an estuary, offering a unique natural setting. The property manager lives next door and is available when you need assistance. Optional local services and tours may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability. PRIVACY & PEACE OF MIND The property is one of three separate homes within the gated compound, each with its own private pool and living spaces. This design ensures privacy and security while being part of a thoughtfully managed community. Whether you're planning family reunions, friend getaways, or a quiet retreat, Casa Jaguar offers the space and comfort for memorable gatherings in a natural coastal setting.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties or events without prior written approval. Pets must be approved in advance, supervised, kept off furniture and cleaned up after. Children must be supervised around pools, the beach and the estuary. No smoking indoors. Please do not feed or approach wildlife. Tropical insects and wildlife are a normal part of the coastal environment. Weddings, celebrations and gatherings involving unregistered visitors require prior written approval and may require a separate event agreement and fee.

Casa Jaguar is one of three separate homes within our private gated beachfront compound. Each home has its own private pool and living spaces. A shared laundry room with washer and dryer is available on the property. Our property manager lives next door and is available when assistance is needed. Wildlife is common in the area, including monkeys, macaws and iguanas. Optional local services and tours may be available for an additional charge and are subject to availability.
